Why we publish
The articles on this website exist to help you plan better trips. We write about the vehicles we rent, the practical decisions around a rental, and the places and drives our customers ask about. Everything is written to be genuinely useful, whether or not you end up renting with us.
How we source our content
- Current fleet pages: specifications, photos, and details about our own vehicles come from our fleet pages and the vehicles themselves.
- Written rental terms: guidance on rates, mileage, deposits, and eligibility follows our written rental terms and the rental agreement.
- Official sources: where an article touches on laws, insurance, or travel topics, we reference official sources applicable to the topic.
What counts as evidence
A rental guide, model comparison, or illustrative photograph is not proof of a specific vehicle's current availability. Our fleet listings provide a starting point; concierge must confirm the exact vehicle and written rental terms for your dates.
Firsthand experience should be supported by an identified vehicle, a described trip or inspection, and relevant observations. Do not interpret a general model description as a claim that its author personally drove or tested that vehicle. A byline identifies the contributor; it does not establish a professional license or independent certification.
